In July 2019 the NSW RFS will introduce a new Travel and Expense system, known as SAP Concur.
From paper-based to platform-driven, whether asking to go or saying yes or no, SAP Concur will provide an integrated, online experience; from request to reconciliation.

SAP Concur provides an easy online experience that will simplify and centralise your travel and expense management process.
The four main functions SAP Concur will deliver to staff are Requesting, Reviewing, Receipting and Reconciling.
Within each of these functions staff can edit, save, submit and report on their actions in real time and in real ways.

Real-time review
No matter where you are, at your desk or in-flight, you can review the status of your request anytime, anywhere.
Adjustable workflow
Real time flexibility ensures your requests are not delayed. If your Manager or travel booker is away, simply select an appropriate replacement.

The step-by-step Request wizard will help you simplify and send your next travel or purchase request.

Automated notifications
Automated email notifications let approvers know when the traveller needs to go, and provides immediate feedback when a decision is made.
Simplified approvals
Managers can quickly review and approve requests in a simple layout, as well as edit trip details, or add a comment. Approving has never been simpler.
Real-time dashboard
The dashboard provides a simple summary of real-time requests and requirements, giving the approver a clear view of actions awaiting their attention.

E-receipts
Never lose a receipt. Take photos of your receipts on your mobile device and upload them straight into SAP Concur.
Real-time receipting
Whether you scan your receipts or capture them by phone, receipts will be immediately available and securely stored.
Receipt allocation
An integrated layout, from receipt capture to expense management, provides a quick allocation approach; allowing staff to capture receipts now and match them later.
