From July 2019 a new way of requesting travel and claiming expenses is coming to the NSW RFS.
From paper-based to platform driven, the new integrated Travel and Expense solution - SAP Concur - aims to provide a simpler, smarter, self-service solution that reflects the needs of our staff, in responding to the needs of the community.
The new process will inform and empower staff to make the right decision about the way they travel, and what they need to do upon their return.
The Travel and Expense portal is your one-stop shop to learn about SAP Concur, and the new process.
From July 2019, the NSW RFS will introduce SAP Concur, a new online system for managing travel and expenses. Make sure you're checking this portal for all the information and training you'll need to ensure you're ready to go from day one.

Welcome to our new Travel and Expense portal. The release of the interactive portal and intranet page will be followed by fortnightly emails and portal updates.
The Travel and Expense system, known as SAP Concur, will be available to NSW RFS staff from July 2019. The system will provide an integrated, online travel and expense experience from request to receipt to reconciliation.
